We facilitate meetings and events of all sizes and on all topics. We help plan the programme, manage and document the event or part of it, intervene and resolve problematic situations.

With decades of experience, we professionally and efficiently manage, document and report projects of other organisations at local, national or international level.

As external evaluators, we document the implementation of projects and programmes in three main areas: content and results achieved, processes, budget. Based on the results, we make recommendations for the continuation of projects or programmes and process improvements.

Social impact is the positive change in society that an organisation – NGO, business or public institution – achieves as a result of its work. We help to design a pathway and methodology to measure this positive change and carry out the impact assessment.
