Online training in cooperation with Šamorínčan

In communities divided along values, it is usually difficult to find consensus. Organising and implementing dialogue between opposing groups is technically very difficult, but also because of misunderstandings and feelings of injustice. Nevertheless – or perhaps because of this – dialogue is very much needed. Residents of villages and towns around Bratislava often live in such divided communities, divided into ‘old’ and ‘new’ residents. The resulting conflicts between local or municipal authorities and groups of residents are frequent. The main themes of the course are depolarisation and consensus building in communities whose size and structure have changed a lot in the space of a few years.
